Advance Notice Of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) On Stablecoins

The Catawba Digital Economic Zone is glad to release to the public an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Stablecoins. The Zone Authority believes that by providing regulatory clarity and certainty, the stablecoin industry can mature.

We welcome commentaries, opinions and feedback on our Stablecoin questions.

We welcome feedback from legal teams, stablecoin issuers and users, web3 companies, VCs, policy-makers, private individuals and other types of persons interested in Stablecoins. The deadline to submit answers is September 30th 2022. These will help inform and shape the upcoming regulation.
